Arrival & Check-In
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. This allows our team to properly refresh the rooms and common spaces for each guest.

Can I check in early or drop off my bags?
Early check-in is subject to availability. If your room isn’t ready, you’re welcome to drop off luggage after 12 PM and begin enjoying the gardens or explore the nearby cafés and shops.

How do I access my room?
The Inn offers contactless self-check-in. You’ll receive an access code and instructions before arrival. Our team is only a message or call away if you need assistance during check-in.

How do I get to De La Vina Inn from the airport or train station?
We’re just 15 minutes from Santa Barbara Airport and 5 minutes from the Amtrak station. Rideshare and taxi services are readily available, or you can walk from downtown in about 10 minutes.

Parking & Accessibility
Is parking available on-site?
Yes, complimentary parking is available for registered guests. We ask that each room use one parking space to ensure everyone has access. Street parking is also available nearby.

Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes. All rooms feature high-speed Wi-Fi and Apple TV's for your convenience.
Is housekeeping provided during my stay?
For multi-night stays, light refresh service is available upon request. We respect your privacy while ensuring rooms remain comfortable throughout your visit.

Are there staff on-site?
Our team is available remotely throughout your stay and can assist immediately by phone or text. The property is designed for a private, boutique experience with minimal in-person interaction unless requested.

What if I need help during my stay?
Our guest services team is available 24/7 by phone or text for any urgent needs. The property features secure, coded entry for both rooms and all entryways.

Is the Inn quiet?
We’re located in a peaceful residential area and observe 10 PM quiet hours to preserve the relaxed atmosphere for all guests.

Is smoking permitted?
All guest rooms and indoor spaces are 100% smoke-free.

Bookings & Policies
Is there a minimum-night stay?
Individual rooms may be booked for single-night stays within 45 days of the desired arrival date. Minimum-night requirements apply only to full-property buyouts, which are available up to one year in advance for weddings, retreats, and private events.

What is your cancellation policy?
All reservations cancelled prior to 30 days before the first night of your booking may be cancelled without penalty and for a 100% refund. Cancellations between 14-30 days before the first night of your booking will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 14 days of the first night of your booking cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
